Current Employee As the gold standard in the space, the company as a whole is very profitable. There has been a lot of restructure and rehire and that has slowed progress in the growth market. Leadership and communication could be better- it's a work in progress. The company puts emphasis on diversity and inclusion as well as community outreach. Not a bad place to work, money could be much better.
