Every tool imaginable to help you succeed in your role, huge tech stack. Never seen a company with enablement this robust. The consensus from the field is that it's a tough sale and ramp takes a long time. Attainment is poor so toss OTE out the window.

The highest compliment I can give them is they treat their people well. High base compensation plan with low commissions for newcomers. Fulfilling work building leadership at other companies. Little to no career pathing or advancement opportunities compared to other organizations.
