Sure there are many a Glassdoor review about how it’s “cultish” and they “play favorites”…what company doesn’t have its favorites?
The real problem is the fake smiles and the lies that seem through them from management. Lack of transparency of what everyone knows to be true and toxic positivity that has people afraid to speak up, instead they beer bong the kool-aid hoping it’ll lobotomize their situational, truth based anxiety.
Best part yet? When you do speak up to offer suggestions on how to not UTTERLY FAIL in our offering you get shut up, ostracize and essentially pushed out.
Butttt….facts remain facts and numbers are a mirror of profitability proof. When 20-25% of your sales dept is 80% to quota and the other 75-80% are at 40-50% to quota ….YOURE NOT RESONATING WITH THE MARKET!! So change things up, do better, solve your customers problems.
Instead, this company is fire happy. While I am still here (highly actively looking wink wink) I have seen and heard so many stories that my stomach turns.
