I have never worked at a company that micromanaged people like they were lazy when the product/market fit was bad and back office was disjointed. The few people who made quota were the ones who were tenured and fed by their managers. The people who do decent numbers surf thru Salesforce to upgrade existing accounts bc its way...Read More

Former Employee2.6Aug 17, 2023The people are the best part of the company. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. However, the systems and processes contradict each other which is frustrating. No one understands the comp plan. Only 25% of the reps in all three roles make quota and its always the same people.
