I have never worked at a company that micromanaged people like they were lazy when the product/market fit was bad and back office was disjointed. The few people who made quota were the ones who were tenured and fed by their managers. The people who do decent numbers surf thru Salesforce to upgrade existing accounts bc its way easier...Read More

The company then acquires the candidate’s book of business and fires them once that runs out. No leads. They recycle the same trash leads over and over and raise quotas because of the “new” leads.
