I’ve been in this company for just a little over seven months and I’ve already been able to win one incentive trip and I’m almost there for the second one. Great opportunity, great culture phenomenal leadership and an awesome place to grow. Life isn’t always about money, but it’s great when they compensate you for something that you do well And the incentive trips are a great bonus for my wife as well too.

Not coherent in any form or fashion. We were put on 5 different teams under 4 different managers within a year, had been given 4 different compensation plans to sign throughout the year, and then when they couldn’t fill the manager position after half the team left they laid off the rest of our team.
