Frontier is a mess in terms of their processes. Even veterans are taking their best guess at how to get basic tasks done but the money is solid, it’s easy to sell if you prospect regularly, and the compensation is fair. I believe Frontier Communications has an opportunity for growth. But it has to invest in its own infrastructure. As a seller, you can spend so much time selling a product, but if engineering cannot come through with the delivery of the product, the company fail, and the reputation a large amount of the time is tarnished in relationships can be severely damaged.
