Management is amazing and does a great job of training and spending time ramping account executives. The compensation structure can be improved a lot!

Frontier has potential but leadership is really transactional/ smb minded where you are micromanaged, there is no lead gen, and have terrible resources to properly manage an accout.

Not coherent in any form or fashion. We were put on 5 different teams under 4 different managers within a year, had been given 4 different compensation plans to sign throughout the year, and then when they couldn’t fill the manager position after half the team left they laid off the rest of our team.
