We were put on 5 different teams under 4 different managers within a year, had been given 4 different compensation plans to sign throughout the year, and then when they couldn’t fill the manager position after half the team left they laid off the rest of our team.

The company then acquires the candidate’s book of business and fires them once that runs out. No leads. They recycle the same trash leads over and over and raise quotas because of the “new” leads.
