The product is good, and many players on the broader teams are wonderful. The sales compensation structure is weak and needs reform. I believe they will get there and the culture is becoming better!

Leadership genuinely cares about employees. The deal cycle is long and requires extensive change management, so even when clients are interested and enthusiastic about the product, closing a deal involves significant time, in-person visits, and multithreading across stakeholders.
