Great company to work with! Very flexible and fully remote. The leadership in this organization is very strong and doesn't beat around the bush when giving feedback. We live by our core values and are always looking to improve. If you don't fit the motivated/positive company culture, you won't last long. This is not the type of company you can coast at. The people who put in the work are the ones highly rewarded, the ones that don't put in the work will always find something to complain about. This is a merit-based company, so what you put in is what you get out.
