Former Employee1.9Sep 25, 2024In my opinion, it was a very toxic environment to work in. They had unrealistic OTE’s that barely anyone in the office was hitting except a handful of people. If you did sell something, the commission you were owed sometimes wasn’t paid or wasn’t paid the full amount. If you’re not performing almost immediately, you’re put on a PIP and/or fired.
