Working for a GEICO local office has been great. Compensation is great for entry level. The leadership at my office is phenomenal, and day to day is a breeze as the pipeline is FULL of leads (20-50 a day). Room to grow is extremely limited if not non existent. Corporate is a pain. You don't have a ton of say in how leads are approached - it's smile and dial. I have my complains about process, still, good overall and a solid company to stand behind the product.
