Former Employee Just like many organizations, you have to find the right team and management structure to be successful. If the division has been established for many years and has a management team over 5+ years, and there’s a large number of active named accounts to work and build, you’ll be much more successful. If you’re looking for sales enablement or training to help support ramp and product/service knowledge, you won’t find it here! Processes, pricing, and approvals are often complicated and only increase the sales cycle. If you’re lucky enough to find a few active and growing accounts to help get you started, that’s your best bet. If you’re role is purely net new growth with no existing business, look elsewhere!
