Former Employee The business doesn't care about staff or staff retention, it is more interested in pleasing shareholders. The product/professional services they provide are poor quality and very expensive. Spent most of the time firefighting and trying to resolve project issues. Comm scheme got worse and worse every year until most left, resulting in a very high staff churn rate. They lost all of their good employees in and out of sales. Browse Other Reviews
