There is absolutely no structure or procerss that has been around for logner than 30 days, the goal post is always changing. They don’t want to admit it and the vision is lackluster. The board clearly has no faith and it was assumed they pushed for this layoff after Q2 didn’t pan out as planned even though Q1 did.
