Started off great, the BDR role was heavily involved in the sales process. By the end, the role was hands down just a glorified telemarketer. I’d advise all future candidates to ask tons of questions about the day to day in the role, tenure of current leadership, and dig into why there have been 4+ rounds of layoffs (2 very public, one where about 20 engineers were laid off but it was kept quiet outside of the company, and then a few other quiet internal layoffs).

I was apart of GRIN’s latest layoff after only being with the company for 6 months. Their issues with Meta are just that, issues. They don’t want to admit it and the vision is lackluster. GRIN was by far one the worst employment experiences I've ever had. The leadership was atrotious. Both uneducated, and unprofessional. There is absolutely no structure or procerss that has been around for logner than 30 days, the goal post is always changing. They reufse felxiblity on terms, yet have THE worst reputation in the industry. It's truly pure arrogance....Read More
