Former Employee GRIN was by far one the worst employment experiences I've ever had. The leadership was atrotious. Both uneducated, and unprofessional. There is absolutely no structure or procerss that has been around for logner than 30 days, the goal post is always changing. They reufse felxiblity on terms, yet have THE worst reputation in the industry. It's truly pure arrogance. The teams are clique and rude- no one helps one another, they are all out for their own cash because no one has hit quota in several years. You can't blame them- they have been trained to be self sufficent and lean on no one.
