One of the best places I've ever worked, it shaped my abilities to adapt and connect with people from any industry. Very impressed with the new features and the trajectory of the company and truly believe that the future is bright for Gem. Not only is this a product that focuses on its' users, but also on the people impacted externally (potential candidates). Gem is a dumpster fire these days. They’ve slashed their sales team to the bone while letting go of top performers and retaining under performers.

Ahsby is winning by a large margin, legacy systems like Lever and Greenhouse will catch back up by adding Ai or absorbing smaller AI spot solutions, which also riddle the market.
