Former Employee Overall, I think GoGuardian is a good company. In recent years it's lost some of its competitive edge by stretching itself too thin with new products and acquisitions as well as a diminished culture brought about by incompetent leadership and a severe lack of consistency. I think there's still a good product market fit and some great people but it needs to get priorities straight and put an emphasis on improving core products and retaining key team members. It also has had a poor record in recent years when it comes to setting realistic goals, which has led to more people leaving and lowered the morale significantly.
