I worked with some great colleagues and built strong relationships, but the culture is toxic. There’s frequent turnover in leadership and sales, little transparency, and a tendency to reward politics over performance. The company has undergone multiple rounds of layoffs, and long-term stability is a concern. I wouldn’t recommend it for those seeking a healthy, supportive work environment.

Experience here has been okay. I believe the team I'm on to be poorly structured with not much thought put into books of business or quotas. The organization is going through a period of great change as the market adjusts to AI and tech consolidation.
