Positives: Remote first culture, good healthcare options, B Corp Negatives: No growth in last 3 years, lead volume dropping, the team has gone from 29 to 6 over the course of 2 "company-wide" and 2 "sales and marketing only" reduction in force events (layoffs), minimal confident in leadership
