Current Employee GovOS is hands down one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for. The leadership is completely out of touch with both employees and customers, constantly shifting priorities without any real strategy. There’s zero transparency, and the lack of direction makes it impossible to succeed.
Compensation is inconsistent, with unattainable quotas and commission structures that change on a whim. They expect reps to drive revenue but provide little to no support or enablement. The product itself is outdated, and customers are frequently frustrated by poor implementation and lack of meaningful improvements.
Turnover is insanely high, which says everything you need to know. If you’re looking for a stable, supportive, and rewarding sales organization—look elsewhere.
