PE backed company that has struggled with acquisitions. High leadership turnover and 18 months of significant resignations & layoffs have negatively impacted all levels and teams across the company. A revolving door of leadership has little to no understanding of the markets they serve, creating confusion across all teams. Reputation in the space has been damaged by product failures and a limited product roadmap across many core legacy products.

The company used to be a great place where you could make money and had support. Senior management changed, marketing became nonexistent and inbound leads dried up. Had to focus on outbound but meeting wouldn’t get qualified since the prospect wouldn’t close within 90 days despite the sales cycle being 12 to 18 months.
