Former Employee Greensky was my first sales role after college and a solid starting point for my career. It taught me the value of hard work through daily outbound cold calling and provided a foundation for my sales skills. However, moving on to a new role showed me that there are far better industries and products to sell.
The pay was low, the benefits were below average, and the work-life balance was just okay. It’s a typical 9-to-5 setup—something that might have been ideal in the 1950s but feels outdated in the 21st century.
