Based quotas off of bad salesforce data (Dupe accounts, Companies that no longer exist, Etc) Given a quota in month 1 when the avg deal takes 6-12 months to close. Will be on you back from the start. They need to be more realistic with new sellers.

Absolutely poor, upper management has no clue how to manage the sales team and has experienced several major turnover events in the past year. In parallel they hired a whole new sellers team without proper due diligence of a true SAM/TAM & quota
