There are a lot of great people who work here and work hard. There is a nice focus on work life balance and they do take feedback. The company is making a lot of changes to address challenges it is facing. And the product itself is good, but the pricing is off for the cash strapped companies they are looking to close. No matter how good a platform is, if the ICP for the platforn does not have the money to pay for it they will ultimatley move forward with a different less robust platform for financal reasons. Onboarding and individual support also is lacking at the moment.

Do not work here unless you are desperate. Goals always shift, incentives will never be in your favor, quota is often unreachable and determined off of unrealistic expectations and dreams. This company is a revolving door of layoffs and people who realize the grass absolutely is greener elsewhere.

Constant exec turnover paired with diminishing leads and raised quotas. Don't go unless you want to be underpaid for 3+ years before sniffing promotion.
