I was able to achieve success in spite of GMS. The company can best be described as a sinking ship - 97% turnover, company achieving less than half of its yearly quota in addition to a toxic work environment.

Terrible decision to join, needed a job fast and didn’t do research. 36 percent of field offices don’t have managers. For new employees, mediocre unengaged training. If your office doesn’t have a manager, good luck getting help.
