Overall everything has been great. Training has been pretty good. Unfortunately executive leadership is not very diverse.

Overall my experience has been good, not great. I feel upper management is not very diverse. They have a good plan but it would be could to see other people of various cultures in top leadership. I do like the training and do love the team culture that we currently have.
