Former Employee Base compensation was solid, but the product was damn near impossible to sell, so you make little/no commission. Company will also slash your commission without telling you! They care more about your cold call output rather than quality prospecting. Insanely high turnover and obvious lack of care for employees within the company. Would NOT recommend this role to anyone. Only lasted a year for resume purposes. Most mentally taxing company I have ever worked at.
