Former Employee The culture was incredible during my time there, but SMB was part of the growth org and treated a bit like a red headed step child. It was very hard to be successful at the company for that reason. Since I’ve left I don’t think this project persists, so it should be less of an issue today. That being said, the company seemed to be on rocky footing financially which is why I departed, and it seems they continue to struggle in that department.
