Job can be extremely boring though. Feels more like a small company at times here in Belgium than a multinational.

The team was kind, mentorship was strong, and the leadership was supportive and nurturing. I appreciated the autonomy I had over projects. The only downside was the low pay. However, the work-life balance was excellent, and the work culture was outstanding.
