HP has an amazing product that is reliable and easy to sell, but their tools an processes are their greatest hindrance and sales receives the brunt of it both internally and externally. Mentorship is amazing and room for growth in the company good if you are there more than two years. Inside sales makes next to nothing compared to field/outside reps.

From a people perspective, its a wonderful place to work. Great relationships. From a pay perspective, we are continually asked to do more, paid less. Our sales targets always absorb and hourly pay increase we get for merit raises. I am making the same or less than I was 8 years ago but carrying more than 10x the responsibility.
