HP has an amazing product that is reliable and easy to sell, but their tools an processes are their greatest hindrance and sales receives the brunt of it both internally and externally. Mentorship is amazing and room for growth in the company good if you are there more than two years. Inside sales makes next to nothing compared to field/outside reps.

My overall experience was positive — a valuable learning opportunity, especially as a recent graduate. The team was kind, mentorship was strong, and the leadership was supportive and nurturing. I appreciated the autonomy I had over projects. The only downside was the low pay. However, the work-life balance was excellent, and the work culture was outstanding.
