Hire to fire mentality at this job. No training. Several unqualified leads Commission gets unlocked at 5k You’ll only be happy if you hit 9k every month. Average close is $500-800. Compensation is worth it after 9k, but it can be very difficult to get there. Especially with all the bad leads you have to sift through. Full cycle role so you do everything from starting the cold call to closing it. Eat or be eaten at this job.

There a far better roles than this. I was hired for an AE position and then I was told in the first week that I was now an SDR. In talking to some of my colleagues I learned the pay changes 5 times in 2 months.
