Toxic sales manager who is well known by upper manager for her volatility. The people she likes get to stay but everyone else is a problem. Pretty much everything else (and everyone else) at Handshake is amazing, but she’s been hired above her competence and will likely never leave. Great comp and benefits, great onboarding, wonderfully diverse, great company culture and networking, fun and supportive atmosphere, lots of growth and learning with upward mobility strongly possible. Pray that the sales manager likes you or else you are gone and she will personally shame you for it.

Handshake has been a great place to work and attracts other reps that are always willing to help. Leaders are invested in your professional growth, but with all of the reorganizations there isn't that same room for growth and promotion as before.
