Great company mission, but immature and misguided leadership. There's an inner circle, and then there's everyone else.

Overall compensation is fair for the role. However, leadership is inexperienced, lacks transparency, and is constantly changing objectives, making it a tough place to advance professionally. The culture of the sales org has been lost over the past few years.

Few q’s for current AE’s - TIA: 1) Is the sales motion primarily cold outreach or is there a flow of qualified inbound leads? 2) Is the environment improving for Sellers at Handshake after said layoffs at end of ‘23? 3) Is the product well received by prospects today? Thank you AE’s!
