Most sellers aren’t closing because the product is inherently broken. When large logos are in play the CEO will promise custom builds that halt product from developing standard builds that can be used across all new clients. Software is not replicable. Working for Harri was one of the best experiences of my life. From the SVP of Sales to the CMO, they truly care about their employees and investing in their career growth. There should be a BDR Team Lead to help the Director of BD have more focus on developing her employees, but she truly does the best she can at a very agile and quick-moving startup!
