Former Employee Headspace has a great consumer reputation, and a viable minimum product in the B2B market with their expansion into integrated coaching and threapy/counselling. However they have struggled with leadership stability, changing direction and priorities, poor top down communication, and multiple repeated RIF's followed by a "do more with less" attitude, causing lack of employee wellbeing and security in their roles.
Could be a great place to work with a few tweaks at the top.
