Current Employee Hearst Television offers a great product to sell on the TV side. The digital offerings are not priced competitively and can be a challenge, especially in larger markets where ad agencies are more savvy. Hearst is very corporate in culture, and while they brag about promoting from within, the leadership at the top still proclaims that relocating is the easiest way to reward employees with a promotion. The Peter principle is alive and well in many ways.
