Overall it is a good company, the CEO is engaged and looking for ways to improve the company for everyone. It's a 7 year old start up so there are still growing pains. Great place to cut your teeth on cold calling and a fast sales cycle. I would recommend this place and still work here.

Very high turn over. They offer leads to cold call but they are recycled and have been pounded for years prior to you calling on them. Requires high outbound cold calls. 120 dials and 180 mins daily to hit metrics. Often times you just cold call to call without doing any prior research on notes or lead history
