Very high turn over. They offer leads to cold call but they are recycled and have been pounded for years prior to you calling on them. Requires high outbound cold calls. 120 dials and 180 mins daily to hit metrics. Often times you just cold call to call without doing any prior research on notes or lead history

Learned a lot, made plenty of money, and promoted as far as possible. Nothing left to earn or learn, so time for something new. Competitive environment but practical product and good market fit.
