Good culture, good commission structure. Base pay is pretty low and gotta hit 70% of quota to make any commission which can be rough if you don't hit

Overall it is a good company, the CEO is engaged and looking for ways to improve the company for everyone. It's a 7 year old start up so there are still growing pains. Great place to cut your teeth on cold calling and a fast sales cycle. I would recommend this place and still work here.
