This position can be very rewarding. If you put in the effort, lots of opportunity for growth and training along the way compensation is largely influenced by how much work you put in overall worklife balance is slim however it is rewarding industry.

Its a great organization with over 100 dealerhips. Depending on a location, the culture and leadership may vary. Sometimes this size of an organization like Hendrick introduces challenges such as toxic and hostile work enviroment. Nonetheless, the organization is great and money is great. Would definately work again at this company
