It’s an OK job that’s reasonably stable. If you have a good territory. There is a lot of gerrymandering of territory lines and commission structure changes. The company vehicle is a perk, but they have recently placed a dash cam in it. The company does have a bright future within the equipment industry.

Base pay for the whole industry is an embarrassment but if you have a strong territory there is the ability to earn a living. Using your truck for personal use is a nice perk but again, base pay is shameful.
