My overall experience here was negative. The company does not care about work-life balance. The list that was given to call prospects from is trash. There is virtually no support and a terrible culture. My former company was acquired and the company was very real. Now at Hibu - it is so fake and they avoid answering things they don't have good answers to. The people from my company are dropping like flies. I gave it 6 months to try their process. It is not a good company. It feels slimy trying to sell to anyone and basically desperately trying to talk people into meeting and not believing in the company.

Product best fits home service businesses which are typically home based and the company pushes in person visits. Broken structures in place (cadence tool and conquer phone integration) within their CRM tools. The potential variable compensation is amazing with residuals. Company uses an appointment setting process for a webinar specialist.

Some people do really well here, but there is incredibly HIGH turnover. Constant pressure to sell yet if you look around you will realize maybe 20% of people are hitting objective.
