This is a nice company for folks just starting a sales career and wanting to learn the struggles of true grit sales. The challenge here however is there are no inbound leads at all. They kept changing the policy regarding what counted toward your higher commission structure and the products and services were very basic. In today's marketing world, just advertising boring static ads on FB doesn't cut it. Customers always wanted more for less and would leave for more customized capabilities that we could not provide. Overall take: Nice people, nice culture, low pay, the product is decent but pricey.

Training was lengthy yet not specific enough to the day to day operations more of an overview of the industry which is also important yet I would have preferred better strategies around day to day success. solid so far - if you actively hit quota and stay on the top commission tier, you're in for a good time. if not you'll see a decent amount of turnover
