My experience has been good, not great but also not bad. Competitive pay, somewhat unrealistic quota, at least for the majority considering how few people hit quota.

Overall experience was not great. Worked with nice people, but the micromanagement got old quickly. It was also tough selling a product that was more of a want rather than a need. Probably a better product in large cities.

Product/Market fit has improved significantly with release of new products. Easier to recommend solutions wholeheartedly, exciting time to work here.

Huge issues with the deliverables by support teams; not possible to make more than $100k in my territory which is a smaller, Midwest area. Competition is low amongst SMB meaning their need to spend is not as necessary as in a larger city
