Great front line management but terrible upper management. Moved goal posts like I’ve never seen and always cutting corners that directly affected sales. Most coworkers were amazing which for company that size was great

My overall experience with the company was good. My regional manager and i didn’t get along so it was challenging and stressful. This company also does chargebacks to the DAE which is disappointing coming from a freelancer perspective and having to explain to accounts why the company takes 30%+ of the ad budget for themselves and lies about it.

The managers are not compensated well for the amount of work they are required to do in this role. They are also blamed for any and all issues regarding rep and client retention. I do enjoy the other managers that I work with in this role. They are supportive and always willing to give advice and support when needed. My manager is hands off which is mostly good...Read More
