Current Employee The managers are not compensated well for the amount of work they are required to do in this role. They are also blamed for any and all issues regarding rep and client retention. I do enjoy the other managers that I work with in this role. They are supportive and always willing to give advice and support when needed. My manager is hands off which is mostly good because it allows for autonomy and flexibility. However, a new manager in this role can feel lost trying to figure out all of the things they need to know to be successful in this role.
