Overall Hibu is a great company. Structured territories clear objectives, and the ability to make a good living. In this sales role more than others I feel one can build a good work life balance.

Some people do really well here, but there is incredibly HIGH turnover. Constant pressure to sell yet if you look around you will realize maybe 20% of people are hitting objective.
